CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
Dear Kam and the Paragon Design Team,
I wanted to thank you for the beautiful work your team has done remodeling my bathroom. As a single woman and first time homeowner with no experience in home renovating, I was concerned about working with a contractor and the quality of work I would receive for the price.
From beginning to end, my experience with Paragon Design was stress-free and I would gladly recommend this design group to others. Everyone on your team was courteous, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Before selecting a contractor, I did my homework and every bit of information regarding the job, the materials and the pricing provided was completely on par with my research.
I appreciate your team’s honesty, perfectionism and attention to detail. The thoughtfulness of adding a small trap door under my tub to make future plumbing inspections fast and easy was unexpected and will be instrumental in avoiding future upstairs leaks.
It’s rare that you hear someone comment on a home renovation being truly a “fun” experience, yet I had a great time working with Paragon Design and anticipate working together again on my next project.
Best regards,

Fabulous job you an your team did, Kam and Cindy!
I am so sorry I wasn’t here to say, “Thanks” in person when you finished, and I truly hope you bring Cindy by so she can see the finished results of HER kitchen! What a great, great job you all did…..and so “quickly” too!
Kam, would you please send me some additional cards? I am thinking 20 should do for now. I am busy bragging about my kitchen and everyone wants to contact you. We shall see….but even if you just get one solid job, that’ll be good!
Please feel free also to use us as a referral.
Hope to see you and Cindy in the near future!
Thanks again,
Lyle Denise
Dear Kam….
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, Cindy and your crew, Alvaro, Sam and Pepe for the wonderful job you did remodeling our kitchen, family room and bar. We cannot believe how quickly and efficiently our job was completed.
Kam, you are an excellent contractor and a very nice, friendly, honest person….your estimate was reasonable and you were always available to answer questions and take care of any problems that came up. You managed your crew in a very respectful and efficient manner.
Cindy you did an AWESOME job, taking the overall design vision we had and translating it into reality. Everyone who sees the kitchen/family room/bar are overwhelmed by how beautiful and unique, the design is. You picked out the most beautiful granite, backsplash and flooring…everything you suggested was perfect, and on top of all that, you were so much fun to work with!!
The crew, Alvaro, Sam and Pepe….what wonderful gentlemen and fine craftsmen!…They were friendly, always on time, did beautiful work and cleaned up the construction debris when they were finished. Your subcontractors were excellent also. Moses and family did a beautiful job on the cabinets and island. The electrician (Gilbert), Granite mason and hardwood floor installers all did an outstanding job!!
I cannot tell you how much Dave and I love our new kitchen/family room/bar. It is like we have a brand new house. It turned out even better than we could possibly have imagined!!! I would guess that no one else has a kitchen that looks like ours. Dave and I would be happy to recommend your services. Please feel free to use us as references for future clients.
Thanks again for the wonderful job. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Warm regards,
Cheri and Dave Tomcheck
Dear Cindy and Kam,
I hope my words will convey the full extent of my gratitude for the wonderful results of my remodel. Saying that it exceeds my expectations falls short. Thanks to Cindy’s sharp eye for design, the end result was dramatic and unique. She transformed my kitchen, family room and powder room.
The title “General Contractor” would normally have prepared me for poor service and troubles galore. Well, Kam went to a different school. His knowledge, care, concern and integrity create a new reputation for “General Contractor”. His workers are skillful, courteous, clean, respectful and, most of all, intent on making sure the customer is satisfied.
And, all of this came at an affordable price. Actually, Paragon cost less than my two other bids. To put icing on this cake, can you believe that from the start of demolition to 99% completion was a record three weeks!!!
Amazing! I was thrilled!
I would love to be one of those customers that you would use to “display” your work. Please feel free to come and “show off,” you deserve it.
My very best regards,
Roy Horton
Dear Cindy and Kam,
Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on our downstairs remodel! It started out as a kitchen remodel and ended up re-defining most of our downstairs living area.
The transformation is remarkable and beautiful. Cindy’s design input was helpful. It was great being able to exchange ideas and realize a design that suits our personality and lifestyle.
Most of the other remodeling contractors we considered would have built anything we said with no design input. We truly appreciate the value-add of having a designer bring new ideas and challenge our pre-existing notions. It makes us realize how difficult it is to envision something new after we’ve been looking at it for 12 years.
Your service was prompt and courteous service. Kam was flexible, funny, and remarkably efficient. We genuinely looked forward to meeting with him during the project. He was great about communicating via emails and phone calls, as well as notes and diagrams on the wall. The crew was prompt and conscientious about cleaning up at the end of work everyday.
Everyone was great about offering suggestions as the project went along. Your pricing was fair and reasonable. we had quotes that were higher and lower, and feel like we got an exceptional value. the quality and level of service were outstanding!!
Please feel free to use us as a referral. You did a great job and we are very satisfied!
Best regards,
